I can happily recommend Chris from Caves Coastal physio therapy. It’s so refreshing to find a physio who wants to see you feeling better and back to your normal self and not keep you coming back for further treatments. He gives you the tools to keep you on track and to prevent further injury. Chris is down to earth, sincere and super friendly. recommend without hesitation!!

I highly recommend the professionalism of Chris Fayers. I went to see Chris with ongoing knee issues. From my x-rays he was able to explain in more detail the problems I was having with my knee than my GP. The treatment and the exercises provided for my issues helped tremendously not only in alleviating the pain but also gave me techniques to strengthen the muscles in the area needed. He was very encouraging and his knowledge was very reassuring. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone needing physiotherapy.
