Pesimismo servio hoy me lleve un mal sabor de boca vine a cambiar mi bota por que me estaba lastimando mi pie y la supervisora no me lo quiso cambiar por que ya no trae la etiqueta y la caja pero traje mi ticket de compra la mayoría de las tiendas te lo cambian aún que llano tiene el ticket de precio oh la caja estuve comprando mucho tiempo en esta tienda pero jamás volveré a dejar mi dinero cada vez que venía siempre hago mi compra arriba de mil dólar 😡
Had a good experience. Helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy! Much appreciated. Assisted me with boots(most pointed in the direction of what I asked for, brought a boot jack and the boots sold themselves. Assisted with straw hat selection. I've had many different styles and shapes, only a few haven't worked out, but always willing to try a new shape. He dressed it up it wasn't anything like I've had in the past, looks great! I'm happy.
Went there to find my son a pair of boots. We had a really nice young man help us and he walked out with a fabulous pair of boots!
