I recently bought a pair of work boots that ended up being defective. I was not able to get a return. Not much else to say it just doesn’t seem safe to buy something so expensive and then have no way to fix the problem if that came from the manufacturer.

I constantly come in here and get followed around and treated like I am about to steal even though I spend over 200$ EVERY VISIT. I have more of a skater style so I'm assuming that's why but either way it's unacceptable. Embarrassing, degrading, I was able to ignore this the last few months, only for my sons love of boots but today was my breaking point, literally followed me and my mom around and then went and got our boots out of our hands and rushed us out and then proceeded to be incredibly rude and demeaning at checkout... read more
