We visited Cavender’s in Chesterfield last night and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with one of the older ladies working there, possibly the manager. She was extremely rude, unfriendly, and not welcoming at all. When my friend asked her for help, she completely ignored her—not just once, but again later on.
