Boot heaven and the nicest ppl
Stopped in here today for the first time, and I was very impressed with the entire store selection which included a full line of Stetson. I purchased a house brand hat to test out their "hat bar," and the young lady trimmed, shaped, and cleaned the hat in no time, and did a VERY nice job. I am extremely pleased, and cannot imagine getting my hats anywhere else moving forward. Thanks Y'all.
I want to send a special shot out to one of your employees, Michael, who was working Saturday, 1/31/26 around 4-5 pm at the Chesterfield store in Missouri. I appreciated that fact that he greeted me and genuinely tried to help me find the boots I was looking for (which ultimately had to be ordered online) and to find alternative options. I have walked into other boot shops and felt kind of unnoticed by some employees working the floor. Fantastic store, great variety
I love shopping at Cavenders when I am in town. The front desk folks and other staff are always so nice and helpful. They really make the shopping experience even more fun.
