Rylin went above and beyond to help me. I was looking for a specific boot. I had previously looked online before coming in the store and so I knew it was in stock. He helped me look for the boot and was able to locate it! He provided great customer service!
I bought a pair of boots (twisted X) right at a month ago and they had started to separate at the sole tearing up; working in an office mind you haha… I brought them back in and showed Miss Ciara one of their managers and she was very kind & professional helping me to exchange them and get a new pair.
