Bought a pair of boots from them online they came in used condition emailed customer service immediately the customer service representative Kathy Sent multiple rude emails insinuating that we had caused the damage and that it was our responsibility to Return them and ship them back and said that we should Fill out a form to specifically request mint condition boots when buying them online They were advertised brand new which made no sense. Very very poor customer service do not recommend.
Spent 30 minutes in there trying to get my hat shaped. Will just buy a whistling tea kettle and do it myself
I bought 3 pairs of cinch jeans for my son here and I got the wrong size. They sent me an exchange form to fill out with the correct sizes. I filled out the form and mailed back the jeans and they emailed me to tell me they could not do my return because it was outside of return policy. I replied that I am not returning I am exchanging and I haven’t heard back.
