Friendly and professional service
I had a terrible experience at Cavender’s. The customer service was disappointing from the start. The staff member I encountered was unhelpful and basically told me to either go to another store or search online for the boots I needed. There was no offer to help order them or find alternatives, which was really frustrating. Overall, I left feeling ignored and disappointed.
I arrived at the store at 8:30pm on 11/18/25, in the time I was there I did not receive any assistance from the employees that were working. I wasn’t even greeted when I walked in the store. And when I finally asked to get my hat shaped, they refused to do it for me. Horrible service. Horrible experience. I will not be recommending this Cavender’s to anyone. Surely Cavenders doesn’t have such low standards for their employees.
Went in for my first pair of boots & the lady that helped me was top tier! She was super patient with me & showed me different sizes and styles! She even helped me with an outfit! 10/10 service! Definitely going back
