Sold me boot with scuff offered a discount but wanted me to pay twice not happy booooooooo
I Was in there 3 days ago to do a return they had me waiting for 15 min called manager to the front to do the return 3 times it’s ridiculous! and the day I had bought my grandson some boots walked in the restroom I saw tow managers just looking at there self in the mirror and one of them vaping this place it’s just ridiculous.
The cashier at the front has a rolling eye problem and spoke to me like I was bothering her. One of the managers likes to vape out in the open. Not sure why they do more gossiping than they do working. I was waiting for assistance for a while and they were just in a circle together
purchased wrangler jeans on Feb 20,2026. come to find out they did not have any in stock in the waco texas store. salesperson found them at another store and ordered them to be shipped to my address delivered in 5-7 days. after 12 days called store and was told the would be delivered on March 6th. no show called store and talked to a young man and he was going to find what the issue was . 40 min and two more salespeople i was told that he would have to call me later in the evening. Staff was a great help, they were very friendly and more than willing to listen and answer any questions. The store was well organized and laid out to make finding what you need very easy with no stress.
