First time customer. I was pleasantly greeted when entering the store and told of specials and sales currently happening. They let me shop and gave me space AND they were also attentive to when I needed help- keeping an eye- which was nice. Sounds trivial, but I like that type of service. Very nice experience. Nice store and good selection of western apparel.
We are extremely disappointed. We bought expensive boots there and lost the receipt. Within two weeks of the purchase, the stitching started to come apart. To contact Ariat customer service, we need proof of purchase—which is being denied to us because they claim they cannot locate the transaction. We have sent bank statements and photos, and have been following up constantly for weeks. Apparently, they simply do not want to help us. We are furious—if only we had bought from the competition!
