Unfortunately the hat selection was small and their stock hats were not comfortable. The boots were decent variety but they also offered shoes that were highly uncomfortable options. Kind of a knock off of boot barn.

Store manager and associates do not understand what 'customer experience' means. It's like they're robots who can't think for themselves.
My wife and I have shopped at Cavender‘s in Slidell many times, and made many purchases. I bought two pairs of Harriet jeans a week ago, but didn’t quite like the way one fit once I got them home. Never warn never took the tags off, had the receipt and tried to exchange them and they wouldn’t Because they said they smelled like marijuana. Well, I didn’t see anything in the return policy about how they had to smell to return them all I wanted was a different size but now I’m stuck with a $90 pair of jeans that I can’t wear.
