We love going to the Cavender’s in Denton Tx. They have a variety of jeans, boots and hats to choose from. Caroline, is one of the nicest ladies there. We are thankful for people like her who are always so willing to help. We are always look forward to the deals at this store!
This store needs to learn customer service. My man and I went in last week for work boots and pants. The lady helping us would walk fast and didn’t think my man could shop without her help. He told her what kind of pants he wanted and she kept pointing out other brands that seemed more fancy. He was irritated. He kept looking at me about color. I was in on Wednesday looking for my first pair of boots. They were incredibly helpful, epllaimed everything about fit and wear and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I don't live in the area, but I will be buying from them every time s I'm visiting. Super great experience. The gal that helped me was amazing! I think her name was Katie but truthfully I'm horrible with names. Highly recommend this store in particular. The other Cavenders we went to first was not as great.
We love Cavender's and always shop there. Just don't try to order a pair of boots. I ordered a pair of boots for my husband for his bday/Christmas. He's needed a new pair for over 2 years and he finally let me buy him a pair, so this is special to me. After over two weeks, and 3 calls to the store we purchased at, they've told us the boots are shipping direct from the vendor and they have NO IDEA when they will be in. Went to the store to buy some boots, but they did not have my size in stock. I ordered, paid for them and had them shipped to my house. When I got the boots, they had two different size boots in the same box so I called to get the right pair sent to me and the lady was very rude. She instructed me I had to either take them back to the store for a refund and order another set or ship them back and once they receive them, they would send another pair of boots.
