I've been a regular at this Cavenders location when I am home on leave but my recent experience has completely changed my perspective. I came in to exchange jeans that didn't fit, and while the store didn't have my size in stock, the cashier was initially helpful and explained I could complete the exchange online after processing my return. Jackie Espinoza was so kind and helpful, she answered all our questions and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. Overall coming to this location is alway a good experience!!
Drove from Dallas to purchase two American Hats, they had both in stock, however the silver belly hat was warped. The young lady did try helping us to find another one, at 5:45 when I told them we would go with with one hat, she said I’m sorry we can’t shape your hat anymore. We have to turn out steamers off 30 minutes before. This is so ridiculous and they just lost a $500 sale for the store.
Fun and unique place with a great selection of boots and Western wear. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the prices are reasonable for the quality you get. A must-visit spot if you’re looking for boots with character and a Texas vibe.
