We had a great experience from the time we were greeted at the front door till we finalized our purchases. Mr Juan helped me out a lot with sizing of my cowboy hat and boots even when there were other customers coming in. I knew he was getting busy attending to other customers but he continued to check on me. After the dust settled, he came back to see how I was doing.
