Had Jake shape up my American Hat Co Pecan for me today and it turned out perfect. He shaped it just as requested and with great attention to detail. Will be coming back to hopefully have him shape some more for me in the future. Also bought a pair of Anderson Bean boots a week earlier and Juan helped me with every question and took my boots for me while I looking around. Customer service is top notch here.
