I’m leaving this strictly for Jake. I’ve always wanted a hat shaped to my liking, I got the rodeo king for my birthday and told him what I wanted, he did exactly that. Even with the line backed up, he paid super close attention to detail to make sure the shape was crisp. You can tell he enjoys doing it and it’s getting really good at his craft. Had Jake shape up my American Hat Co Pecan for me today and it turned out perfect. He shaped it just as requested and with great attention to detail. Will be coming back to hopefully have him shape some more for me in the future. Also bought a pair of Anderson Bean boots a week earlier and Juan helped me with every question and took my boots for me while I looking around. Customer service is top notch here.
