So I came in to Cavender's Boot City on SPID in Corpus Christi, Tx. As I walked in the girl in front ask me to go to the Hat bar in the back of the store. ***I've been waiting for 55 minutes and counting.*** If they're to busy, that's fine, however, no one ever came out at all. That's inexcusable and not good for business. I'm just one customer, but I'll never came back. NEVER. Needless to say, I'll never come back. I don't recommend this place to nobody. It's officially 1 hour of waiting.

Came in to buy boot polish, left with polish and a pair of boots. Great staff and selection.
Great place to take your Cowgirl/Cowboy hat to get reshaped and cleaned! The gentleman that shaped mine had been doing this for over 40 years and it turned out perfect like new! Be sure and tip..great customer service!
Ocean was the most helpful. I went during my one hour lunch break and she was able to get me exactly what I needed. She’s super sweet too!
