They don’t even deserve one star from me. The only reason they are getting one at all is because I can’t submit my review without selecting one. Because we were not the correct demographic we not weren’t greeted. When we asked for help to locate a particular item we were met with an obvious lack of desire to assist. This culture has existed at Cavendars for quite some time. I remember having the same experience 20 years ago which is why I rarely shop there. Cavenders will never receive another red cent from me.
Huge store. Great selection. The sale section had great discounts and also a big selection. Helpful, friendly staff. My only wish is that they carry Frye boots. In store. I need to try on. Thx Cavender!
They usually always have great customer service. It's always clean and neatly organized. They can be pricey but I mean... If you want good quality and good looking stuff then pay the price lol.
This store location is the best they have the biggest work section great employees very helpful
