Walked into the establishment so that my husband could purchase a hat for his mother's memorial. No one assisted him , once he made a choice a man came up and took the hat saying he wanted to brush it for him. Held it and walked it up to the counter then said "now you do know how to blah blahh.." as if we are not Texans ourselves . Its one thing to offer tips but to do it so condescending was wild to me.
