Manager was awful at this location. We found multiples of the same blouse on clearance rack. Went up to pay along with several other items. The blouse rang up incorrectly. We told the young lady ringing us up so she called the manager. When the manager came over you could tell she was annoyed that she had been called. When it was explained to her, she basically said, "Too bad." Then berated the girl at the register in front of us, saying, "I told you to pay attention to what you put on those sales racks." I recently visited Cavender’s and had a disappointing experience with the customer service. When I walked in, no one greeted me or acknowledged my presence. I spent some time in the store, and one associate in the back wearing a cowboy hat completely ignored me and instead approached another customer to offer assistance. Eventually, another associate came nearby, so I spoke up. At that point, the same associate with the cowboy hat asked what I needed help with.
