I have gone to this store twice this week and had a horrible experience both times. There seems to be about 15 employees on shift at a time, two of which are actively working and helping customers. A particular employee named madelyn stood behind the counter speaking loudly and rudely to her peers while staring at a line of customers who were waiting to check out. I was eventually helped by an employee named Natasha who was very nice and great with the customers.
Went in with the intentions to purchase at the very least a new belt for myself and possibly some jeans for my husband. Store was clean not many customers and had a decent amount of employees whom appeared to be restocking and running the register. I was not greeted by any employees upon entering. I looked at the belts first. They did not have a small on the floor in the color I wanted. I decided to look at the beside the belts. Staff are friendly and always willing to help when I'm there.
Went today around 2:30 9/27/25. Brianna had crappy customer serve and didn't want to take our Order and asked the manager if she could do it . She Had a bad attitude the entire time. Julianna was absolutely the rudest of all that took over . The customer service by her was so rude. My Husband bought a hat today and wanted to order over $700 worth of stuff. Julianna said in a rude way "we can't make orders" when we have been there before and made orders . Clearly she just didn't want to write out the order on the order paper.... read more
