I remembered today why I prefer Boot Barn to Cavenders. Horrible customer service!!! The lady that waited on us was Rude and extremely unfriendly... I'll spend my money at Boot Barn from now on...
Well Cavenders in Lufkin Tx has lost my business. Employee left a sign on the display for Wrangler Riata Jean's that stated Buy one Get one free. I pick up 2 pair and go to pay and they will not honor their own sign. They just laughed and thought it was funny, but I ain't laughing. I will spend my money at Boot Barn from now on.
