A week ago I bought a pair of boots. Today was the second time for me to wear them. Something felt off, my feet hurt and it was hard to walk. Took them in and they had a manufacturer defect. Showed the Manager and without any hesitation he let me swap them for a new pair.( I verified they were 100% good to go) I want to thank the staff for there help and making this issue go away fast and painless!
Me and my wife went to Cavender’s yesterday and had a great experience. The customer service was outstanding from Gonzalo. He helped us find the right hat, reshaped it the way I wanted, and resized it to fit perfectly. He also showed us how to take care of the hat, helped with boots, and even explained how to change a belt buckle. Really appreciated his knowledge and patience amazing service all around.
I dug out my husband’s hat out of storage and brought it for a cleaning and reshaping. Gonzalo took hold of it and really gave it the time, love and care it needed! You can tell he really has a passion for what he does, and it showed when I received the hat back. It was good as new! I know where we’ll be purchasing a new hat soon.
This is by far the worst location I’ve been to. Even though it’s just down the street from my house, I’d much rather drive to Pasadena. The staff is consistently unprofessional and unfriendly. I wasn’t able to return an item with a stain that wasn’t my fault it was clearly caused by the store. Despite having the receipt, they refused to accept the return. I strongly suggest you avoid this location, especially if you plan to spend money. It doesn’t deserve your business.
Crystal was very helpful. Patient with shaping my hat when I asked for multiple adjustments and helped educate me. I highly recommend thank you!
