I was greeted with a friendly hello and then Ty resized my cowboy hat while he answered all my questions in a very pleasant manner. I will definitely return!
Went to Cavender’s today with my 13 year old daughter who got a Cavender’s gift card for Christmas to purchase a felt hat. Ty was so helpful and patient with her as she tried on hats. It was a 10/10 experience and she left thrilled with her hat!
Excellent experience. Ty excellent in Hats and all western ware.
