This place is nice just don't go there to get ventilation grommets installed. I took my Stetson open road down to get some vent. grommets installed and this is what I got. They ruined the look of my hat with this crooked, uneven, sloppy job. It was free but had I known I wouldve paid gladly for evenly measured, straight holes. They ruined the look of my favorite hat. I couldn't be more disappointed.
The absolute worst experience ever. Tried to get staff to help but they were too busy discussing their yeazyk shoe collection. We asked 2 people for help. Y’all lost a $700 sale just saying…
Be careful on their property! Their surveillance cameras are pathetic and the information they do have they refuse to release if anything happens on their property. They’ll protect the criminal that runs over your vehicle and you will be screwed just like I was. Never again will cavendars get a penny of my money.
Horrible customer service. Ladies there are very rude! They need new staff.
