Tina and her staff are outstanding. Great customer service
I got some boots and the sole was not seen in all the way so I would walk around and roll my ankle somethimes. Walked in there today and got a replacement
Called and asked them for a certain boots and even gave them the number said they had it drove 30 minutes to find out they pulled wrong boots and didn't have enough any in stock
I just couldn't make up my mind on a pair of Boots so I bought 2 pair! Almost made it 3 pair! Really nice selection so it's hard to choose! Bobbie, the Lady that helped me was great! She is fantastic and so helpful! It was a great experience and I will definatley be back to get that 3rd pair of boots! Had a wonderful time shopping at the Palestine, Tx store.
Tried on a pair of boots, took them home, and they were uncomfortable, never on hard ground just walking in the house, took them back, and they refused a refund with receipt and box with their bag, never again, lost $200.00 and have spent thousands there.
