Tried to purchase boots at Cavender’s in Palestine today. System double pre-authorized my debit card for $173.19 twice. Bank confirmed the issue was on the merchant’s end. Store response was essentially ‘nothing we can do.’ Disappointed in the lack of ownership. Hoping management reaches out to make this right
They helped us out just as well as the Tyler, TX location. Both are great!! Thank y'all!!
Watched me like a hawk.. I guess I was going to run out the store with boots. Made me feel unwelcome. I'll take me blk dollar elsewhere.
I just couldn't make up my mind on a pair of Boots so I bought 2 pair! Almost made it 3 pair! Really nice selection so it's hard to choose! Bobbie, the Lady that helped me was great! She is fantastic and so helpful! It was a great experience and I will definatley be back to get that 3rd pair of boots! Had a wonderful time shopping at the Palestine, Tx store.
