I came into Cavender’s twice today and had the absolute BEST customer service both times! Earlier today I stopped by with my fiancé’s mom — we were just killing some time — but we ended up leaving with a new hat each because the experience was that good. Don helped us out and WOW, he was incredible. He shaped our hats exactly how we wanted and was just the kindest man. From Vancouver BC… Spent the better part of a week down here in Texas with my family. Went in here to grab a cowboy hat and left with three of them. Had a guy named Don help us out. He’s about as cowboy as they come and had a great demeanour and extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Made the whole shopping experience very enjoyable. Great, great place. Highly reccomend!
Store was spotless and smelled soooo good everyone was so easy to talk to and helped us find what we were looking for!!
