I want to start off by saying amazing customer service as we walked in three people greeted us. As my husband was looking for shoes. To wear I was casually looking at the Ariat Casanova boots and as this nice lady named Molina if she had these chocolate Ariat Casanova boots in the back in my size she went to go look and omg she was amazing. Looking at other reviews of other locations, I see why this one is highly recommended compared to others. Helpful employees who talked through the process and help me aquire my first Stetson hat today. His name slipped my mind, either it was Brent or Brendon, but it started with a B. He personally helped fitted the hat to my head shape and gave me knowledgeable history about the brand and how to properly care for the hat.
