Melody or Melaney - not sure which is correct spelling. I never post reviews for anything and felt compelled to after the excellent customer service she provided. Not only in store but over the phone. She went over and above to resolve our concerns and requests. These days, excellent customer service is rare. She’s a gem and deserves a raise!

Don’t get me wrong this is a nice store but I think the female associates with curly hair working in the mens dept should focus on customer service instead of hitting on men who are there to buy a shirt last minute for a Christmas family event not there to be hit on by the women who work there.
Oriana went out of her way to help me find the item I was looking for! She sounded so sweet and understanding! Definitely need more people like her.
