I was referred to Glenn and the Caveat team as they had an extensive record of dealing with LTB and Tenant issues. As a landlord dealing with a bad Tenant who was constantly delayed and missed payments, Glenn and his team were able to help assist with the appropriate measures and the filings/hearings with the LTB board to a great success. Communication was excellent and I highly recommend this firm if you are having issues with Tenants.
I can not say enough good things about Angela and her assistant Abigail. Not only did Angie take the time to explain my rights to me but she explained EVERYTHING that was going on in my case. Filed a complaint with the LSO after receiving a letter from this law firm that requested I directly ignore my rights as dictated in the RTA regarding safe access to mail, garbage and common areas. I have no idea how they specialize in these issues and actually sent me a letter with so many things that are directly against the RTA, including the use of a paralegal by a landlord to harass a tenant.
