I am giving this place a one star due to the Spa practice of getting my deposit back. I had a massage early June. I rebooked to have another session for July 6, but decided to cancel on June 22, and not rebook for any future appointments. This intention to refund my deposit and not make any future appointments was made known to this facility/receptionist and she told me that I will receive my deposit back within 3-5 days. Wonderful Experience with Lina I was hesitant about paying upfront at first, but it turned out to be a great decision. I reach her through her telegram @NaraRose01 paid $250 through Chime from home and received my approval code quickly. When I arrived, i was directed inside without stressing me up with questions. I previously had a massage here and the massage itself was excellent, which is why this experience was so disappointing. When I scheduled my appointment, I was never informed that the $40 deposit was non-refundable. I also specifically requested a confirmation call and left a voicemail asking for one.
