Terrible. Did not honour advertised price especially when items already paid for. Modified advertisement after purchase made but business did not communicate with customer to clarify change. Not trustworthy.
I never normally leave bad reviews, but I feel this a fantastic shop with amazing clothes and books but the staff are never friendly on the multiple occasions I go in there which makes the experience not so good. Maybe the manager needs to encourage them to be more welcoming and not so miserable.
This little shop is a gem in West Perth, connected to a cafe where you can stop by for a coffee and to peruse some unique wares for gifts or just a treat for yourself. The staff are polite and friendly, and Janice was lovely and very helpful. ☺️
