If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. My recent experience at this store was not only disappointing but also deeply upsetting. During our visit, a staff member—an older Asian woman—was extremely rude and confrontational without any valid reason. She falsely accused my friend of stealing, despite us simply browsing like any regular customer. Staff/owner are untrained/unprofessional - zero customer service and awareness. Witnessed discrimination against a returning customer who was accused of stealing. Said staff member then followed her out the door, into another shop and illegally performed a pat/bag search. If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Do not recommend.
The lady that works there followed my partner into another shop,grabbed her handbag of her and went through it because she thought she stole something,disgusting behaviour and we will not be going back.
I just discovered this little gem if a shop. Gorgeous, different items perfect for gift giving or little items for decorating your home. Very reasonable prices. Small cafe attached, I've yet to eat at. Run by the owners.
