I recently had Botox here and at my two week follow up they charged me for a touch up. My left side did not freeze very well causing more movement on one side and making my eyebrows uneven. I’ve never paid for a touch up the whole 20 years I’ve been getting Botox, I was unaware of her policy. I felt like she didn’t go deep enough. I had to pay for the same area again.
Best injector I’ve ever been to! And I’ve been to quite a few, as I’ve been getting tox for years. Beginning from walking in the door I felt welcome and comfortable. Dr. Causey was so professional and thorough with me, listening to all of my concerns and requests. The injections didn’t hurt at all and the results are the best I’ve ever had! Highly recommend
My appointment with Dr. Causey at Causey Med Aesthetic in East Baton Rouge was great. I found Dr. Causey to be one of the most informative injectors for filler treatment & I'm loving my filler results so far. Ms. Christina was very helpful. We had a great conversation. Great facial and friendly staff
I was not impressed by the customer service. I scheduled a service and the staff rescheduled me for the service the day of. I decided not to move forward with the procedure because I felt my time was wasted and the staff did not want my business.
