Carly was great in welcoming me into our session and explaining the process of craniosacral therapy due to my limited awareness. Calm throughout, with gentle guidance it was a very helpful experience to come into the body and pay attention to what is happening. Not something we often have the opportunity to do. Many thanks in taking the time!

Can't recommend carly enough. I have had a bad shoulder for years and were others failed . After a few visits to carly she had it sorted.( But no pain no gain felt like I had been in a wrestling match with the hulk 🤣 ) Keep up the good work...
