I was referred here by a Rheumatologist for biopsies which were deemed unnecessary because my skin was just “very dry”. Dr Quynh Le dismissed my symptoms and history, hadn’t read the referral that was provided and couldn’t provide an explanation as to why moisturiser hadn’t relieved symptoms if my skin was “just very dry”. I had biopsies done elsewhere which confirmed Leukocytoclastic/Small Cell Vasculitis. Wouldn’t recommend this place when they dismiss everything and can’t explain their opinion.
I was referred here by a different specialist specifically for biopsies. Dr Quynh Le clearly hadn’t bothered to read the referral as she had to read it after I asked about it. She dismissed the majority of my symptoms, made uninformed assumptions and deemed biopsies to be unnecessary because I just had ‘really dry skin’. I had biopsies done elsewhere because ‘dry skin’ didn’t seem like a logical cause for the cutaneous chronic wounds and systemic symptoms I’ve had for 12 months.
