Very very disappointed in this service. I had my information in for my taxes 2 months early. The normal CPA that took care of my information had a family emergency and I was never notified. I called and left messages several times with no response. Finally after calling 30-some odd times, the day before they were due, I got a hold of the front desk personnel, where I was finally informed of what was going on. I have never had such an awful experience with a tax preparation service. We submitted all necessary paperwork to Cauley's a full month and half in advance of the filing deadline. The employee whom was handling our tax information had a family emergency and we received no communication from anyone at the accounting firm as to the status of our return. After reaching out multiple times to the CPA assigned to handle our return with no response we contacted the management at Cauley's. We received only an "I'm sorry" response fr... read more
