I am disappointed that the attorney I hired completely ghosted me. After repeated attempts to get a hold of him with no response, I finally decided to write this review. It is extremely unprofessional and disheartening to treat a client this way. I do not recommend this firm.
I don't wanna speak negative but don't wanna speak positive. But the lack of communication between the lawyer an I was not the greatest. Initially started with only communication for her an my wife then all of sudden when money or something important needed to be involved my email magically appeared to her. They did their job somewhat, definitely didn't see eye to eye on the matter at hand. Maybe I was a bad case I don't know for sure. My case divorce case was not complicated, but my feeling for Amanda Thorpe and this firm are. My ex-husband paid 6,000 for his lawyer, I paid OVER 15,000, and am waiting 2 months for the small refund. I never felt supported, I sometimes it felt like she wanted me to agree with the other lawyers offer, which was not to my benefit, and so often procedures were not explained. A couple months ago I did a consultation with Chris Coble. He seemed friendly enough and asked for a $5,000 retainer. I was prepared to complete the retainer but wanted to try to see if we could aquire the documents we needed through the court system. I kept Chris up to date with a couple emails. When I finally went back to hire him a girl from his office sent me an intake form asking me if I was transgender or some fringe sexual identity.
