Alterations are ridiculous! The lady is slow and will not return phone calls. If you buy a dress there, get it altered somewhere else.
Terrible customer service. Dresses came in 5 days before the wedding, and for 2 of the dresses she ordered the wrong sizes, so we didnt have time to get them altered properly. Also, 2 of the dresses had to be shipped, and they were both crammed in one small box, making them a wrinkled mess. We tried to steam the wrinkles out, which didnt work so we had to get them dry cleaned before even wearing them. If you want things to go smooth for your special occasion, go somewhere else! We wish we did!
