The quality of the windows and workmanship are great. The guys who fit the windows are polite and courteous. Philip on the other hand becomes arrogant, dismissive and rude at any point you question him on the slightest thing and will just put the phone down on you. Very professional (not).
I am so disappointed with not only the windows I purchased but the service I have received. They stated I had a 10 year guarantee but neglected to mention as fitting yourself it’s only one year. The slim false bars look great but have been a constant issue. They have come off so many times, eventually Catton windows came out and repaired them but after the 3rd call out they were suddenly not covered anymore as fitted myself. Catton Windows made and fitted a window and French doors, four months ago and we are delighted with the result. Having listened to our brief, the team came and measured up and discussed everything that needed to be done. They then project managed the process from creation to finish: not only making and fitting the doors and window but also getting the brickwork and plastering done too. Catton Windows have made and installed 3 bespoke casement windows and a set of french doors for our Victorian terraced house, and we are delighted with them. We had quotes from 2 other companies, both of which were higher, and which would have required us to find a tradesperson to fit them. We were very impressed with the quality of all the windows and doors they produced and the joiners who fitted them were totally brilliant - they were total craftsmen who did an excellent job.
