Worst bank around they are constantly getting hacked and do nothing for there people who bank here
There isn't a better bank in the WNY region that CCB. I am dealing with them on a loan and their people are second to none. If your looking for financing don't miss out on checking with this incredible group of individuals. They really care about the community and the people who live there. I went through many banks before finding CCB and I am so glad I was pushed into that direction by a friend. I found out for certain today that CCB charged my account over $14000 for legal expenses when they only really totaled $3000 at the time. I then took them to court where they racked up legal fees just trying to prove me wrong. I got the first letter from their lawyers and marched down with my ppp money and they refused payment my restaurant just reopened 3 days prior.
