This is definitely the appropriate rating. I'd give them a zero if I had the choice. Today, the internet went down, which I understand, technology isn't always 100%. However, they choose to close the bank mid day because of this. Ridiculous, lazy and definitely not your "local hometown" bank. And like the poster below, your made to feel that your hassling them to do their job.
One of the rudest banking staffs I’ve ever encountered. Sorry you hate your job but it’s not the customers fault.
