Came in to get some advisement on brake cables for an old 80's Panasonic bike. John was very helpful in identifying the kind of brakes I needed and was able to educate me a bit too. The shop also seemed very well kept and professional. Would highly recommend to anyone that needs. bike assistance or service.

Absolutely love this bike shop! They’ve got all the tools, accessories, and repairs you could ever need. My SRAM derailleur battery died, and the owner charged it for me on the spot — no charge, no questions asked. I also picked up some tools and energy snacks, and the prices were even better than online. Friendly, helpful, and just an all-around awesome shop. Highly recommend!

If you had seen my 1984 Raleigh C-40 before her visit to Catskill Cycleworks, you’d have assumed she was one pothole away from retirement—or the scrapyard. We were one squeaky brake and a prayer away from a roadside breakdown and a dramatic crying fit. But this crew? My daughter's bike had a flat tire, emailed John and he responded very quickly, offered for me to bring in the wheel so that he can fix it while I wait! Had the pleasure of chatting with him while he fixed me up, very kind and nice young man. Nice clean shop with lots of bikes and accessories in stock. If he doesn't have it, he can order it for you! Fixed the wheel with a new tube and fabricating a bit of wheel to prevent any further issues. Definitely highly recommend, for ANY And ALL of your Sales and Service Needs!
