Absolutely love this bike shop! They’ve got all the tools, accessories, and repairs you could ever need. My SRAM derailleur battery died, and the owner charged it for me on the spot — no charge, no questions asked. I also picked up some tools and energy snacks, and the prices were even better than online. Friendly, helpful, and just an all-around awesome shop. Highly recommend!

If you had seen my 1984 Raleigh C-40 before her visit to Catskill Cycleworks, you’d have assumed she was one pothole away from retirement—or the scrapyard. My daughter's bike had a flat tire, emailed John and he responded very quickly, offered for me to bring in the wheel so that he can fix it while I wait! Had the pleasure of chatting with him while he fixed me up, very kind and nice young man. Nice clean shop with lots of bikes and accessories in stock. If he doesn't have it, he can order it for you! Fixed the wheel with a new tube and fabricating a bit of wheel to prevent any further issues. Definitely highly recommend, for ANY And ALL of your Sales and Service Needs!
We came in for the weekend to ride walnut mtn. First my son’s clip-less pedal shoes wouldn’t clip in. The guy in the store took a lot of time with us and installed new cleats. We went riding and my son took a fall and broke his brake lever. We went back to the shop and the guy offered to install a brake lever and do a full tune up over night so we could ride the next day.
