Absolutely appalling. First time visiting today and will definitely be the last. Bought a poker caddy set today (all taped up in the shop) only to bring it home open it and find it smashed to pieces inside. How can you sell items in that condition. Oh and not to mention the over writing label of the price going up from last month. Shocking experience
Very very bootiful shop , good collection perfect for students looking for vintage stuff . The lady with purple shortish hair was very kind and helpful , gave me time to look and also gave me some girly fashion advice . Thank you girlies . Amen
Overall wonderful store, great quality clothes with amazing prices and (some) wonderful staff. However, the lady with the short purple hair is the WORST retail worker I've ever had the misfortune of speaking to, i wanted to return an item and she was absolutely horrible, she made fun of me for the price of the item and kept joking around with it and complaining about having to refund me. Atrocious customer service. As long as she is assisting you i wouldn't recommend shopping there.

Just now I visited the shop. The short hair lady who was very rude to me i wanted to by a black neckles, there were two of them and asked the price politely. She said it's 2:50 and asked me to hang up the necklace back, I did. She said she doesn't want nay funny people here, I was so disappointed, I also said don't buy if you don't want to. Ridiculous customer service
