My experience of donating today was very upsetting. I'm currently clearing out my flat to move and had a few bags of crockery, glasses, dvds and a couple of jackets. Before taking the donations into to the shop I went in to ensure my donations were wanted. The tall girl behind the donations area agreed to take only dvds and glasses which I collected from the car and carried in. Very rude staff short hair blond. If they can’t treat people nice imagine a cat. Rethink your leadership manager.
Unsure who is protecting cats at these prices. £65 for 6 glasses, regardless of if crystal of not grossly overpriced for a charity shop. £30 for a clock. £6 for a 2 season box set of dvds, they'll still be there in the summer. I'd say head office need to get a grip of this but the ceo was require to be paid. More business than charity.
