Mr Paul has costed me thousands of dollars due to his incompetence. Never answers the phone, doesn’t reply to texts, makes you feel like you’re bothering him when he does answer. Nothing he does is on time, failed to file multiple forms for me, after he assured me everything was done. When he was fired and my new cpa asked for said forms, blamed everything on me. I wouldn’t trust Paul to put the right fuel in my truck let alone do my taxes.
completely incompetent. neglected to file an extension. did not review past taxes as promised. was paid to do simple book keeping on quickbooks but never touched it for 6 months. ignored request for refund for said services. BEWARE!!
Was not happy with service. Paul was always away on vacation so could not answer questions or give clear directions in a timely manner. Also tried to visit his listed locations but all 3 were incorrect. He blamed it on Google. Next stop for complaints is the BBB website. Do your research people!
Had my taxes done no problem. Refer my daughter to him and ends up being more issues than worth it. Beware of Paul never being available, always changing locations and addresses then being rude when confronted. My opinion is keep searching for anything better than this company. Negative stars
