Excellent customer service and great timing on my repair! I had a DELL Inspiron laptop that one of my kids decided to leave on the floor one night after using it and then the next day got stepped on. The screen and casing around the screen broke. Luckily, I found out that CATS is authorized to do DELL repairs and they fixed it all up for me with a new screen and casing for free under my warranty in record time! Thank you so much!
