They know there stuff and they have quick turnaround times on repairs. Prices are fair. Some repair shops don't do e-bikes but they do it all.
We had the tires on my nephew’s bike replaced, and there was a mistake made on the size put on. It was a mistake that wasn’t noticeable until later. Not only was the correct tire put on, but there were a couple of gear teeth that needed straightened that were taken care of in that moment. We went in hoping to get the correct tire, but received “good old fashioned” customer service. I appreciate that we felt truly valued as a customer and would highly recommend Catonsville Bicycles and Skateboards
