Of the bike shops in the area, Catoctin is my favorite. I’ve had a number of planned upgrades, emergency repairs, and recently a new bike purchase and have received quality products, good pricing (posted right up front in the shop) and really fast service. The bikes on the show floor are higher end, but this is still the place to go even for beginners and intermediate mountain bikers who are looking for quality in any price range without the upsell pressure.
