I highly recommend Catoctin Mountain Cyclery! Scott helped me choose both Orbea bikes I purchased from him, and his knowledge, honesty, and customer service made the entire experience excellent. What impressed me most was how he handled an issue with my Orbea. The bike was delivered without the display it was supposed to include, and Scott immediately opened a case and secured the correct display for me. Was looking for a used AL road bike on FB and found exactly what I was looking for at this bike shop on consignment. Got it the day after it was listed. Great owner. Canyon road bike was perfect fit and in great condition. Got a water bottle to support the LBS. 20m from my work but I live in VA so went during my lunch break. Definitely worth recommending! Scott set me up with a great bike, perfectly prepared to shred the local trails. He also gave me some great tips on the best routes for the day and made sure the bike was ready to go. Awesome service and a great experience — highly recommended! 🤘
Wonderful shop and owner. Found my husband a killer deal on a Pivot and was very impressed with the shop, the owners knowledge of all bikes new and old and the selection. No pressure sales and great vibe! Highly Reccomended
