Purchased some clothes from cato in Lebanon, TN today. The staff was extremely friendly. Special shout out to the lady with Long Blonde hair & the lady with silver hair who helped me from the minute I walked in. They were so kind to my 3 year old who was "helping" me shop. I think I tried on the entire store & never did I get a begrudging look. I took my best friend and my daughter to a Cato Store. They both loved the store and now it's my daughter's favorite place to shop!!
I’ve been shopping at Cato since it opened quite a few years ago and today will be the last time I set foot in that store. The manager Evie and associate Michelle were extremely unprofessional and rude. Cute clothes, terrible employees. Too bad there’s not an option for negative stars as that would be my choice.
I love the service, the chic clothing, and Cato is place I will always spend my money st.
Great selection of clothes, sizes range from extra small to 26/28 in plus sizes. Clearance is Incredible! Found my daughter black dress pants for $1.99.

Went in to find some shirts and blue jeans and some thing weren't in my size but they where very nice and ordered it in my size. It was here on Monday and ordered it Wednesday the perivous week. I love I got it that fast and didn't have to pay shipping. They even ordered me something off line with free shipping because I bought In Item number. Today, 6/24/2017, This Cato on Garners Ferry Rd. In Columbia, SC had there doors lock at 7:47 pm when the store closes at 8:00 pm and the cashier was sitting at the desk with the lights on and the lights were out by 7:56 pm.
I love shopping at this Cato. The store is always very neat and the associates are very helpful and friendly. The only thing I do not like is they greeting that is expected every single time someone enters the store. It would make a lot of us much happier if they dropped the greeting.
