I have been a Cato's customer for YEARS. I have a credit card, I talked my mother, grandmother, two aunts and a few friends into also getting a credit card for Cato's as their clothes are always in style, the department is always clean and for the most part the staff is very friendly and helpful. HOWEVER....I had purchased some items from Cato's in Springfield OH to be exact there is 6 pieces of clothing that I purchased.
