Very displeased with this bank. I was referred by a friend to do my home refinancing here. I started with this team back in March. Due to COVID, it was obviously put on hold until around August. Originally, they told me that I was approved and was going to get a 15-year term and a lower payment. I was thrilled. Months go by, and here we are.
