Extremely rude. Obviously doesn't want the business. Went to somewhere much better. And where the flowers don't look dead. Not fresh. Seriously customer service is everything. Very very poor. Lost the custom. But I will also spread the word. Don't use. These guys. Spoke down to me. Condescending, rude, abrupt. All three women there were rude. Never go back. Lost four customers yesterday! And went to a competitor.

I visited Cathys flowers yesterday too buy some flowers and she was extremely RUD,she doesn't know how too speck too her costmers ,except in an rude maner. It was the last thigh i expected,as I'm a very friendly person myself. And also the flowers looked tired 6/10

Very helpful as it was a last minute thing , was able to do same day delivery 😀 amazing flowers 💐 would definitely recommend

Used Cathy Flowers few times now and I have always found her to be excellent. The flowers are amazing and great quality. I don't go anywhere else now and would recommend her to everyone.
