I worked with Intercap and Cathy for my refinance. There is nothing but strong communication during our refinance and they walked us through every step of the way. It was relatively easy to gather all the documents and to upload them into the app for one specialized location. Anytime I had a question, Cathy was quick to respond. I've been through a refinance before and it was not near as an easy process as Intercap. So if you're looking to refinance, this is the company for you. You won't be disappointed.
