The store owner is xenophobe. She talks negatively and disrespectfully about anyone who isn't of her race. She has mice in her building I've seen mice feces in her furniture store. And to think she owns the building imagine what her tenants go through. She get's one star because at least she's kind enough to give low paying employment and rents crappy apartments to the same people she acts allergic too.
