I can highly recommend Cathy! She took the time to pre-approve our family member even though it wasn't a sure thing that they would be buying or whether they would qualify. She talked with us over the phone initially and we gathered the basic paperwork. She came to our home and met us and helped us gather the rest of the documentation which had seemed so impossible to obtain. I have worked with Cathy on many loans over the past 20 years at least. She is super helpful and very very honest. She handles everything for you and was willing to explain things to endlessly which helped a lot. We signed the final loan papers in our house which was really convenient as our schedules were quite busy. I would highly recommend Cathy for anyone looking to refinance or purchase a new home.
